About the Journal

Journal of Policy and Development Research (JPD) is a scientific journal that publishes research works in the fields of economics, including: Economics, Management and Administration, Public Policy, Economic Law, Banking and Finance, and Accounting and Auditing. The journal includes the following types of articles:

  1. Research articles: Present new (original) research results of scientific quality or propose new methods, ideas, or solutions in scientific research.
  2. Review articles: Synthesized from primary and secondary sources on a specific topic.

Mission and Purpose of the Journal:

  1. To publish scientific research results by staff, lecturers, and students both within and outside of the Academy; contributing to the dissemination of the Party's guidelines and policies, as well as the State’s laws on socio-economic development, science and technology in the nation-building and development process.

  2. To exchange and disseminate experiences on policy research and the development of scientific, technological, and innovative activities; promoting the achievements and results of science, technology, and innovation by organizations and individuals.

  3. To introduce management experiences and highlight notable achievements in science, technology, and innovation from around the world, relevant to the fields of activity of the Academy of Policy and Development.

  4. To serve as a forum for managers and researchers in the fields of policy-making, policy implementation, and development, including: policy research and critique; areas of macroeconomics, governance, management, policies encouraging private resources; attraction and utilization of ODA and FDI; public finance, macroeconomic balance, digital economy, banking and finance, procurement, business management, accounting and auditing; international economics, international trade, and logistics; sustainable development policies, sectoral and regional development strategies and plans.
