Abstract

In the context of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution, in recent years, Vietnam has had important changes in the industrial sector, in which the semiconductor industry has become a priority industry of Vietnam in recent years. This article assesses the development potential of the semiconductor industry; the current status of human resource development in the semiconductor industry, thereby proposing development solutions in the coming time.
