The crypto assets market in Vietnam has experienced significant growth, with high adoption rates and active participation from the public, especially among the younger generation. However, the market still faces numerous challenges, including the lack of a clear legal framework, risks of fraud, and limited practical applications. The article proposes solutions such as establishing a legal framework, enhancing monitoring, and raising public awareness to ensure the sustainable development of the cryptocurrency market in Vietnam.
