- The journal is responsible for publicly disclosing, in writing, the journal's regulations, staff, Secretariat members, objectives, scope of publications, detailed guidelines for authors and reviewers, evaluation templates, citation rules, and article structure and formatting. Information published on the journal's website is considered official disclosure. The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for approving all content before publication.
- The journal follows a double-blind peer review process, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. All communication must be conducted through the journal. If the identity of the author or reviewer is disclosed, the journal will either maintain confidentiality or decline to publish the article.
- The journal is responsible for keeping confidential the names of authors and reviewers, as well as personal or organizational information, and will not disclose such information for any commercial purposes unless formally requested by a competent state authority.
- The journal reserves the right to contact sponsors, regulatory agencies, or the author's affiliated organizations if it suspects that the submitted research involves unlicensed entities, discloses classified materials that threaten security, or contains information that violates current laws.
- The journal may occasionally send emails to authors, reviewers, collaborators, and readers to encourage submissions. These emails may include announcements, invitations to submit articles, requests for peer reviews, or collaboration opportunities. Anyone who no longer wishes to receive these emails can request to be removed from the mailing list.
