Abstract

In the context of Vietnam deeply integrating into the international economy through signing and joining new generation free trade agreements (Free Trade Agreement - FTA), Vietnam's legal documents have recently been significantly updated and supplemented to adapt to new requirements in commercial activities. However, Vietnam's current 2005 Commercial Law has been amended twice so far but is still the 2005 version, which is an obstacle in law enforcement. Besides, updating other legal documents as required by ‘new generation’ FTAs ​​also directly affects Vietnam's trade liberalization process.
