The study on labor productivity plays a key role in the economic development of countries around the world. Exploring the varied impacts of socio-economic factors on labor productivity among nations according to different development is important for countries, and especially important for Vietnam in improving labor productivity recently. The research aims to overview the impacts of socio-economic factors (the Human Development Index (HDI), Financial Development (FD),  the Labor Force Participation Rate (LFP),...) on labor productivity and policy implications for Vietnam.
