In the context where Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming increasingly significant in every aspect of life, its impact on higher education has emerged as a compelling research topic. This article focuses on assessing the effects of AI on the learning outcomes of students at the Academy of Policy and Development. Through data analysis from student surveys, the findings indicate that AI can significantly enhance learning outcomes through personalized learning support tools. However, it also reveals negative impacts stemming from the use of AI for entertainment purposes. To optimize the application of AI, the article proposes the integration of AI into teaching programs, as well as monitoring and training in digital skills for both teachers and students. These solutions not only enhance the efficiency of AI usage but also ensure that the technology maximizes its benefits, contributing to the improvement of higher education quality.
